Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and execute a full range of digital marketing activities. This role demands a strong grasp of SEO (on-page and off-page), Social Media Marketing, Google Ads/PPC, Web Analytics, and overall website promotion strategies. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to build campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, alt tags, internal linking, URL structure, etc.)
• Execute off-page SEO strategies (link building, guest posting, directory submissions)
• Perform technical audits and ensure website health
Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and schedule content calendars for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
• Manage social media pages, run campaigns, and boost engagement
• Track performance and trends to enhance strategies
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Ads:
• Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and analytics
• Improve click-through rate (CTR) and ROI through data-driven adjustments
Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement plans
• Create conversion tracking goals and measure campaign effectiveness
Website Promotion & Traffic Growth:
• Promote in-house and client websites through SEO, paid ads, and content strategies
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance landing pages
• Ensure continuous traffic growth and lead generation
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz, WordPress
• Good knowledge of SEO best practices and PPC campaign strategies
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Digital marketing agency experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress knowledge is an added advantage
