Job Title: Engineer – Execution (Civil)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Execution responsible for managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring timely project completion with quality and cost control.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Planning and executing site activities as per project schedule

Preparing and monitoring material planning and usage

Ensuring effective cost control and minimizing wastage

Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Supervising site workforce and subcontractors

Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

Maintaining daily progress reports and site documentation

Key Responsibilities:


· Site execution and progress monitoring


· Material requirement planning and tracking


· Budget monitoring and cost optimization


· Client communication and coordination


· Vendor and subcontractor management


· Ensuring project timelines are met

Requirements


· Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering


· Experience: 1–5 years (preferred in construction/site execution)


· Geotechnical (Geo-tech) experience is mandatory


· Strong knowledge of site execution and construction processes


· Positive understanding of material planning and cost control


· Excellent communication and coordination skills


· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
