Blockchain Developer (Punjab)

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with robust experience in EVM chain forking smart contract development and decentralized application architecture The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in forking and customizing EVM-based chains deploying smart contracts and building full-stack blockchain applications You will work directly with senior blockchain architects on global-scale Web3 projects across DeFi NFTs Layer-2s DEXs and enterprise blockchain ecosystems Key Responsibilities Blockchain Network Forking Infrastructure Top-Level Requirement Candidate must have hands-on experience in forking EVM-based blockchains such as Ethereum BNB Chain Polygon and Avalanche Set up and configure blockchain networks using PoS PoA and PoW consensus mechanisms Create and modify genesis files set up validators miners and configure core network parameters Run and maintain private networks devnets using Geth Parity or OpenEthereum Manage RPC node setup peer discovery node syncing and optimize chain performance and security Experience with Cosmos SDK Tendermint-based chains is a strong plus Smart Contract Development DApps Design develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity Hardhat Truffle and EVM tooling Build and maintain DApps DeFi protocols NFT modules and multi-token ecosystems Implement token standards such as ERC-20 ERC-721 ERC-1155 including upgradable and custom logic Perform unit testing basic auditing checks and follow secure coding practices Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Web3 development Blockchain Integration Full-Stack Collaboration Integrate blockchain functionality using Web3 js Ethers js Collaborate with React Next js and Node js teams to build scalable Web3 applications Work closely with UI UX QA and project managers to ensure smooth feature delivery Prepare documentation track sprints and support deployments across testnets mainnets Research Emerging Technology Explore new frameworks Layer-2 technologies chain-bridging tools and interoperability mechanisms Stay updated on DeFi DEX mechanisms v2 v3 pools and liquidity provisioning strategies Contribute to internal R D projects involving AI x Blockchain modular chains and ZK technologies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related discipline 1-3 years of hands-on blockchain or full-stack development experience Strong knowledge of Solidity EVM architecture Hardhat Truffle Experience with JavaScript TypeScript Node js and React Next js Understanding of cryptography fundamentals wallet architecture and token standards Practical exposure to DEX v2 v3 liquidity provisioning and AMM concepts Familiarity with Git version control and Agile Scrum workflows Preferred Skills Experience with DeFi protocols NFT minting engines or blockchain explorer APIs Database knowledge MongoDB PostgreSQL Awareness of Layer-2s rollups bridges and cross-chain messaging frameworks Interest in AI Blockchain integration What We Offer Work directly with senior blockchain architects on global-scale Web3 deployments Training mentorship and opportunities to work on advanced blockchain R D Flexible work culture with high-growth potential Competitive salary performance bonuses Opportunity to contribute to core blockchain infrastructure and custom chain deployments Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mcq4h
