Technical Recruiter (Punjab)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while also supporting core HR functions The ideal candidate should understand tech stacks hiring funnels employee relations onboarding and basic HR operations Key Responsibilities
- Technical Recruitment Source screen and shortlist candidates for technical roles Blockchain developers engineers DevOps product designers etc Evaluate technical skills through initial assessment resume screening and coordinating technical tests Manage interview scheduling with hiring teams and maintain candidate pipelines Use job portals LinkedIn and social media for active passive candidate sourcing Coordinate with internal teams to define job requirements and role expectations Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports HR Operations Handle onboarding processes including documentation joining formalities and induction sessions Maintain employee records attendance and HRMS updates Support performance evaluation cycles and employee engagement initiatives Address basic HR queries and assist in policy communication Assist in drafting offer letters appointment letters and other HR documents Support payroll inputs and exit formalities when required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Proven experience 1-3 years as a Technical Recruiter or HR Executive Robust understanding of IT roles technologies and hiring trends Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask manage deadlines and work independently Familiarity with HRMS tools ATS and recruitment platforms Preferred Skills Knowledge of software development processes and tools Experience in fast-paced startup or tech company environments Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus Why Join Us Opportunity to work closely with a growing tech team Competitive salary and performance bonuses Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities Exposure to both Recruitment and HR functions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00
