Job description: Role Summary: We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced senior administrator (preferably from defence background Colonel / Lieutenant Colonel level) to lead and manage all non-academic operations across our schools. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to implement structured systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete transport operations, including route planning, allocation, and optimization of school buses
- Ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance of the transport fleet
- Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of drivers, conductors, and support staff (including driving tests)
- Supervise housekeeping and campus facility management across all locations
- Manage procurement and supply chain, including vendor coordination and cost control
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all administrative functions
- Ensure discipline, efficiency, and smooth execution of all non-teaching activities Candidate Profile:
- Ex-servicemen (Colonel / Lieutenant Colonel / equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proven experience in administration, logistics, or operations management
- Atleast 8-10 years of experience
- Excellent communication skill is required
- Solid leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
