We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive / Lead to join our team at Cybernext Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and lead generation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and other methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Solid understanding of the industry and market trends, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a solid focus on achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
