Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Marketplace Operations Assistant, located in Punjab, India. The role includes overseeing day-to-day marketplace activities, managing operations processes, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service standards, and supporting the operations management team. The candidate will also assist in analyzing marketplace performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure seamless execution of marketplace processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders and customers
- Customer Service expertise to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction
- Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with the team in Punjab, India
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an operational or customer support role is preferred
