The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and offering financial products and services tailored to customer needs. The role involves conducting detailed market analysis, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving personal and team sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the bank.Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development, including identifying potential clients and generating leads Strong Analytical Skills to assess market conditions and customer data effectively Knowledge of Finance concepts and the ability to recommend appropriate financial products Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clientsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a business development or banking role is an added advantage
