We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive BDE to join our growing IT team The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation client communication and closing deals in the tech or IT services industry Key Responsibilities Identify current business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn Upwork Freelancer etc Generate qualified leads and set up meetings with potential clients Pitch IT services and solutions to clients across various domains Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication Maintain CRM and sales reports for tracking and analysis Requirements 6 months to 1 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry Basic understanding of software development services web mobile apps SAAS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of online bidding portals is a plus Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Self-motivated and target-driven Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00
