Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Marketplace Operations Assistant, located in Punjab, India. The role includes overseeing day-to-day marketplace activities, managing operations processes, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service standards, and supporting the operations management team. The candidate will also assist in analyzing marketplace performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
