Product Development Manager (Namakkal)

Trend Research & Innovation
- Monitor global textile trends, colors, and materials.
- Generate current product ideas aligned with brand positioning and customer needs. Design & Development
- Create product concepts, mood boards, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure feasibility. Material & Vendor Management
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Work closely with vendors to develop samples and maintain quality standards. Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee product development from concept to final production.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and adherence to cost targets. Quality & Compliance
- Conduct product testing for durability, washability, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and certifications. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and sales teams for product launches.
