Role Description This is a full time, remote Project Manager role. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of digital projects, coordinating timelines, scope, and resources across engineering, design, and stakeholder teams. Responsibilities include planning project milestones, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and technical standards. The role involves facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, preparing status reports, and resolving issues that may impact quality, budget, or schedule. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and documentation for repeatable, scalable project execution.

Qualifications

Robust project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to accelerate tasks, transparent bottlenecks, and keep deliverables on track.

Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance with requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables.

Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate resources, dependencies, and remote teams across time zones.

Experience managing technology or software projects, ideally in web, SaaS, or cloud-based environments.
