Product Development Manager Namakkal

Trend Research & Innovation Monitor global textile trends, colors, and materials. Generate current product ideas aligned with brand positioning and customer needs.

Design & Development Create product concepts, mood boards, and prototypes. Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure feasibility.

Material & Vendor Management Source fabrics, trims, and accessories. Work closely with vendors to develop samples and maintain quality standards.

Product Lifecycle Management Oversee product development from concept to final production. Ensure timely delivery of samples and adherence to cost targets.

Quality & Compliance Conduct product testing for durability, washability, and safety. Ensure compliance with international standards and certifications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and sales teams for product launches. Provide technical support and product knowledge during presentations.
