Customer Support Associate (Namakkal)

Sathish Ventures is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, support sales and leasing operations, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages
- Respond to inquiries regarding property details, pricing, availability, and site visits
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits with clients and sales teams
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Assist clients with documentation and basic real estate processes
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Provide daily and weekly activity reports to management Requirements & Qualifications
- Any graduate / diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in customer support, real estate, or call center roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
