- Oversee daily operations of the residential apartment / gated community <\/li>
- Handle resident complaints and ensure quick resolution <\/li>
- Manage housekeeping, security, and technical teams <\/li>
- Coordinate with vendors (DG, Lift, STP, WTP, etc.) <\/li>
- Ensure maintenance of common areas and infrastructure <\/li>
- Monitor utilities (electricity, water) and control costs <\/li>
- Maintain reports, billing records, and documentation <\/li>
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits <\/li>
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements <\/li>
