Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Nanakramguda)

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 4+ years of experience to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content to support property marketing campaigns, brand promotion, social media, digital advertising, and corporate communications. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, property presentations, and advertisements.
- Create engaging social media creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop branding assets and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Design emailers, landing page visuals, and digital campaign creatives. Video Editing
- Edit property walkthrough videos, promotional videos, client testimonials, and corporate videos.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns.
- Optimize videos for social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual storytelling. Content & Marketing Support
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, video editing techniques, and digital marketing best practices. Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of video editing, color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work. Experience
- Minimum 4 years of skilled experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Experience in real estate marketing campaigns will be an added advantage. Immediate Requirement
