- Experience in business requirements or data analysis working with data warehouses or reporting/analytic projects.
- Experience/proficiency with Industry Standard querying tools (SQL).
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions, leveraging awareness of generative AI concepts such as RAG and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies, ensuring effective use of structured and unstructured data, and optimizing data flows for reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytical workflows by incorporating emerging AI-driven techniques, agentic processes, and database solutions to support scalable, innovative business solutions.
- Robust critical thinking skills and analytical ability.
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timeline-driven environment.
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.
