Telecaller Executive (Navrangpura)

Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 6 Months – 2 Year Working Days: Monday to Friday Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: As per interview & candidate profile Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Requirements
- 6 months to 2 year of experience in telecalling/telesales
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and handle customers
