The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and possess strong business development tactics to identify and convert potential clients in the anti-corrosive paints and primers segment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients. Promote anti-corrosive paints and primers to targeted industries and ensure effective product positioning. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and industry trends. Achieve sales and marketing targets set by management. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events. Key Requirements: MBA in Marketing from a reputed university (mandatory). 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing/sales of paints, coatings, or construction-related products. Strong command of English with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to generate potential clients through strategic networking and market tactics. Track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
