Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions
effectively.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Handle inbound inquiries professionally Explain company services/products clearly Generate leads and follow up on prospects Maintain call records and update CRM regularly Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements 6 months to 2 year of experience in telecalling/telesales Positive communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati preferred) Basic computer knowledge Ability to convince and handle customers Positive attitude and willingness to learn
