Position: Motion Graphics Designer, Editor & Creative Producer Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Working Days: Monday to Friday Experience Required: 2-4 Years Our Client At Our Client, we’re building clothing for modern life in motion. From workouts to workdays, airports to after-hours , we create products designed to move seamlessly across everyday life. We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer, Editor & Creative Producer who understands modern internet storytelling and can create high-quality, fast-moving visual content across social, campaigns, launches, and performance marketing. This is not a traditional “editor” role. We want someone who can think creatively, execute rapid, and bring ideas to life from concept to final output. What You’ll Do Motion & Editing
- Edit high-performing content across: -


- Reels
- Ads
- Campaign films
- Product videos
- Founder-led content
- Creator collaborations
- Launch assets
- Create motion graphics, typography systems, transitions, and visual storytelling elements.
- Build content optimized for modern platforms and attention spans. Creative Production
- Assist in planning and executing shoots, creator content, and campaigns.
- Work closely with brand, growth, product, and creator teams.
- Help turn raw ideas into polished content quickly and efficiently.
- Organize post-production workflows and maintain creative asset systems. Social & Performance Content
- Understand how content performs across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads, and emerging platforms.
- Create variations and iterations for testing and scaling.
- Balance aesthetic storytelling with performance-driven execution. AI-First Creative Execution
- Use AI tools to accelerate: -


- Editing workflows

- Scripting

- Sound design
- Motion concepts
- Creative iterations
- Stay ahead of modern creative and content trends. What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, editing, content production, or creative roles.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, internet culture, and social-first content.
- Proficiency in tools like: -


- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- Figma
- Understanding of AI creative tools and workflows is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work fast without compromising taste and detail.
- Someone who is proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and creatively ambitious. Bonus If You
- Shoot content yourself.
- Understand fashion/lifestyle aesthetics.
- Follow creator culture and performance content deeply.
- Have experience working with D2C or consumer brands.
