Job Title: HR Manager Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance management, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handling end-to-end recruitment and coordination for various roles Screening resumes and scheduling interviews Managing employee onboarding and documentation Maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data Coordinating with different departments for hiring requirements Assisting in employee engagement activities and internal communication Drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents Handling employee queries and supporting day-to-day HR operations Ensuring company policies and processes are followed properly Supporting payroll coordination and maintaining HR records Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Robust communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace Prior HR or recruitment experience is preferred Preferred Skills Good organizational and coordination abilities Professional and positive attitude Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously Experience in agency or fast-paced work environments is an added advantage Pay: ₹25,000.00
