Job Summary

Vanamo is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Commi to assist the kitchen team in food preparation and daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, maintain hygiene standards, and support senior chefs during service.

Key Responsibilities Assist in basic food preparation and mise en place Cut, clean, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients Support senior chefs during kitchen operations and service hours Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards Help with stock handling and kitchen organization Perform additional duties assigned by senior chefs
