Business Tabloid is a leading media company, publishing and organizing premier industry events. We connect brands with high-level decision-makers through our print, digital, and event platforms. We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space across our print and digital platforms, as well as securing sponsorships for our upcoming high-profile events. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at building relationships with marketing professionals and senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities1. Ad Space Sales (Digital)
- Promote and sell advertising space in our tabloid/digital platform to new and existing clients.
- Develop tailored advertising solutions, including advertorials, digital banner ads, and sponsored content.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and media kits. 2. Event Sponsorship Sales
- Research, identify, and contact potential sponsors for our conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Pitch sponsorship packages (e.g., Title, Gold, Silver) to corporate partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, sponsorship benefits, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all contracted deliverables for sponsors are met. 3. Lead Generation & Relationship Management
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and record all activities in CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in media advertising, event sponsorships, or media sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target Driven: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure to meet targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Networking: Robust ability to network and build rapport with corporate decision-makers. Benefits
