Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand hiring challenges and position InCruiter’s solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and sales discussions with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipeline records, and reports.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, SaaS solutions, HR Tech, and recruitment industry developments. Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
- Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, HR Tech, Recruitment Solutions, or technology product sales preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and provide solution-oriented sales approaches.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking tools, and reporting systems.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year Application Question(s)
