About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive (CSE) to manage client relationships, ensure successful onboarding and implementation, resolve escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience working with B2B SaaS or technology-driven products. You will work closely with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, product adoption, and long-term customer success. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive customer onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and engagement activities across the product ecosystem.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
- Handle customer escalations, concerns, and support queries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to support business growth.
- Monitor customer health metrics, engagement trends, and satisfaction levels to improve retention and customer experience.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups, business reviews, and feedback sessions to build long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to improve customer experience and delivery quality.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, implementations, escalations, and account activities in CRM systems.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling enterprise/B2B clients and managing customer escalations.
- Understanding of SaaS products, HR Tech platforms, recruitment solutions, or technology-driven services is preferred.
- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, customer success platforms, ticketing tools, or reporting systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields. Pay: ₹800,000.00
