Senior Mep Engineer Nanded

Senior MEP Engineer manages the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, and plumbing systems in construction projects. They ensure compliance with quality standards, safety codes (HSE), and project timelines, while coordinating with contractors, architects, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination: Oversee all MEP activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.

Design & Technical Review: Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).

Site Supervision: Supervise installation of HVAC (chilled water/DX), electrical (high/low side), plumbing, and fire fighting systems.

Quality & Safety Control: Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with local building codes, and strictly enforce HSE policies.

Testing & Commissioning: Oversee system testing, commissioning, and final handover to clients, including producing as-built drawings.

Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and structural teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 7–12 years in MEP site execution, with at least 5+ years in specific, large-scale projects (residential/commercial/industrial).

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
