Technical Expertise: The candidate must have a solid foundation in electronics and electrical systems, with the ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot complex circuits and components. A strong grasp of system integration and electrical safety standards is essential. Debugging&Programming Skills: Should possess effective debugging capabilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with basic programming commands, particularly in MS-DOS environments, is required for system configuration and troubleshooting. Project Execution: Must be capable of independently managing the entire lifecycle of a project—from planning and installation to commissioning—at various customer sites. This includes setting up equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and conducting successful trial runs to meet customer expectations.Customer Communication: Should be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers. This includes explaining technical concepts in an understandable manner, addressing concerns, and providing on-site support and training when necessary. Adaptability&Travel: Must be willing and able to travel and adapt to diverse site conditions across India. Flexibility in working environments and readiness to handle on-site challenges is crucial.
