Job Summary We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Manager – Enterprise Sales to lead enterprise sales . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, HR Tech sales, enterprise account management, consultative selling, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to build long-term enterprise relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, lead generation, solution pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across InCruiter’s product ecosystem.
- Understand customer hiring challenges and position AI-powered recruitment solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations, consultative sales discussions, and enterprise presentations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to strengthen sales strategies.
- Develop strategic account plans to improve customer engagement, retention, and account expansion.
- Handle commercial discussions, proposal management, and enterprise contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting reports, and CRM updates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, HR Tech innovations, and enterprise hiring practices.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members whenever required. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Enterprise Sales
- B2B Sales
- SaaS Sales
- HR Tech Sales
- Strategic Account Management
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in consultative selling and enterprise stakeholder management.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI products, recruitment solutions, or technology platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred. Pay: ₹1,600,000.00
