Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and HR operations. Freshers with valuable communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance and leave management
- Assist in payroll and HR operations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Handle emails, calls, and HR-related queries
- Update HR databases and reports
- Support daily administrative activities Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team coordination skills Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA (HR), or related field
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HRMS software
- Basic understanding of payroll and labor laws
- Recruitment and onboarding knowledge Pay: ₹12,000.00
