Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resource Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support overall business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Conduct performance evaluations and employee engagement activities. Coordinate training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in HR or a similar role. Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/CRM software. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
