Manager in Training (Nanded)

We are hiring for Cluster Manager for Nanded location (Will be handling Solapur, Nanded and other 2 locations) Work Experience required
- 5-7 years in relevant field Educational qualifications
- Engineering / Agri Sciences Graduate / PG Key Purpose : Manage the warehouse operations at cluster level and provide direction and support to the warehouse teams while managing the operations effectively and efficiently from time and cost perspective Key responsibilities involved :
- Internal and external project kick-off with the Sales Lead
- Planning and implementation of delivery mechanism with other operations team members.
- Delivery/ Fulfilment planning on weekly/ monthly and quarterly basis.
- Responsibility of completing supply commitments Including alternates.
- Cost and margin control at project level comparison with budgets. Flag any deviations and escalate internally.
- Payables management for the project.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders in consumer/ supplier organizations to promote business growth.
- Monitor delivery completion and settlement; provide necessary support for transaction completion.

Reporting to : The position will report to Chief Operating Officer Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Working in industry with experience in the domain of agricultural sector
- Knowledge of agricultural map of region, social, cultural & economic aspects of rural environment, biomass supply chain
- Working with people in Rural
- Result orientation
- Structured problem solving ability
- Self starter
- Graduate/ postgraduate in Agriculture
- Presentation/ Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valuable in Vernacular skills both written and spoken
- Working with all stakeholders
- Analytical ability leading to decision making
