Our approach uniquely combines innovative AI with a human touch, empowering small to medium-sized businesses with scalable, efficient services.Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator to support the day-to-day operation, configuration, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion environment. This role will focus on system functionality, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement of business processes within the ERP. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to resolve system issues, implement configuration changes, develop reports, and help optimize the overall performance and usability of the Oracle Fusion platform. While the primary focus is on application functionality, the role will also coordinate with the IT team on database-related matters as needed.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion ERP support tickets and user issues Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within Oracle Fusion modules Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules Assist with system optimization to improve performance, usability, and efficiencyPartner with finance and operations teams to understand requirements and implement system improvements Develop, maintain, and modify reports, dashboards, and data extracts Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end ERP processes Coordinate with IT and database administrators on technical or infrastructure-related mattersAssist with system testing, upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials Support user onboarding, training, and access management Help establish best practices, internal controls, and standardized ERP processes Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting or administering Oracle Fusion ERP or a similar cloud ERP system Strong understanding of ERP business processes (finance, procurement, or operations) Experience troubleshooting system issues and resolving user ticketsExperience creating reports and data extracts (BI Publisher, OTBI, or similar tools) Working knowledge of SQL and data structures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, or HCM modules Experience with system configuration, workflows, and approvalsFamiliarity with integrations, APIs, or data import tools (FBDI, HDL, etc.) Experience in a high-growth or multi-entity environment Oracle or ERP-related certifications Soft Skills Strong communication and user support skills Ability to translate business needs into system solutions Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Work Environment: Full-time position Hybrid or remote options depending on organizational needs Occasional after-hours support during critical system events (e.g., month-end close or upgrades)
