Role Description This is an on-site Android App Developer internship role based in Narasaraopeta. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing Android applications that support Lifebox NextGen’s education, ERP, and CRM products. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, integrating APIs and back-end services, working with UI components, and troubleshooting bugs and performance issues. The intern will collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product teams to translate requirements into functional app features and participate in code reviews and documentation. The role also involves learning and applying secure coding practices and contributing to continuous improvements in user experience and app reliability. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Programming and Software Development, preferably with experience or coursework in Android development (Kotlin/Java).
- Basic understanding of Databases and data modeling to support app features and integrations.
- Familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) or comparable styling concepts to collaborate on consistent UI/UX.
- Exposure to Integration concepts, such as working with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, or backend services.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interest in human-centric, secure, and emotionally aware digital products.
