- Infrastructure that supports experiential and hands-on learning experiences Role Overview This is an on-site full time opportunity for passionate Early Years Educators and Facilitators, including Lead Teachers and Co-Teachers, at Bachpan Toopran. The role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Bachpan curriculum, engaging children through play-based and structured activities, and nurturing their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. - Experience in lesson planning and teaching young learners (Playgroup to Kindergarten)
- Understanding of early childhood education methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive classroom environments
- Qualifications such as NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, B.Ed., or related fields preferred
