Product Communication & Graphic Designer (Nashik)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong design background to support product communication, packaging graphics, and brand-related visual assets. The role will focus on translating product features and technical information into clear, structured visual communication across packaging, labels, tech packs, and product documentation. The designer will work closely with Product Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure that all product-related graphics are accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with the brand language. This role requires someone who can balance design aesthetics with functional communication, especially for product packaging and technical visuals. Key Responsibilities: Design product packaging graphics, including box artwork, inserts, and product information layouts. Create product labels, hang tags, instruction cards, and compliance graphics. Develop icons, diagrams, and visual elements for product tech packs and documentation. Support product teams by converting technical product details into clear visual communication. Assist the marketing team with graphics for merchandise, t-shirts, stickers, and brand collateral when required. Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork for packaging and marketing materials. Work closely with Product Design, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure design accuracy and timely execution. Coordinate with vendors or printing partners to ensure graphics meet production specifications. Maintain organized documentation for design assets. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des / Graphic Design / Communication Design / Visual Communication) or equivalent. Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging design, or product communication. Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Good understanding of layout design, typography, visual hierarchy, and information design. Knowledge of print production and packaging artwork preparation. Ability to create clear technical diagrams, icons, and structured visual layouts. Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute design projects. Strong attention to detail, organization, and brand consistency. Passion for creating meaningful designs with attention to detail.
