Civil Engineer Nashik

We are seeking a versatile and technically proficient Civil Engineer to join our project team. This role is perfect for a "field-first" engineer who excels in site execution, precision layout, and technical documentation. You will be a key player in the successful delivery of Bridge and Railway projects, ensuring that every millimeter of construction aligns with the master plan.

Key Responsibilities1. Precision Layout & Surveying Perform accurate site leveling and topographical surveys using Auto Level machines and Total Stations. Establish and maintain benchmarks and control points across the project site. Translate complex engineering drawings into physical markers for construction teams. Site Execution & Supervision Oversee day-to-day construction activities for Bridges (Girders, Abutments, Piers) and Railway infrastructure (Earthwork, Track-bed preparation). Ensure all work complies with Indian Railway standards and safety protocols. Manage labor, equipment, and material flow to avoid project bottlenecks. Billing & Documentation Prepare and verify Quantity Surveys (QS) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Handle subcontractor billing, Client/RA (Running Account) bills, and reconciliation statements. Maintain rigorous site records, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and measurement books.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 3–6] years of experience specifically in Railway or Bridge projects. Technical Tools: Expertise in Auto Level and Layout techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (for billing). Core Competencies: Solid understanding of concrete technology, structural drawings, and safety norms for heavy infrastructure.
