Project Engineer / Project Manager (Civil + MBA Finance) Position: Project Engineer / Project Manager – Warehouse Construction Location: Nashik, Maharashtra Industry: Warehouse / Industrial Construction Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a energetic and execution-focused Civil Engineer with MBA in Finance to manage the end-to-end development of warehouse construction projects at our Nashik site. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, budgeting, vendor coordination, cost control, contractor management, and timely completion of the project while ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution
- Manage end-to-end warehouse construction activities from planning to handover.
- Supervise civil works including excavation, RCC, flooring, PEB structure, drainage, roads, and utilities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors Budgeting & Finance Management
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
- Track project expenses and ensure cost optimization.
- Verify contractor bills, BOQs, rate analysis, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for material planning and payments. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Finalize contractors and suppliers in coordination with management.
- Monitor contractor performance, quality, manpower, and billing.
- Handle negotiations and procurement coordination. Planning & Reporting
- Prepare project schedules and MIS reports.
- Track project progress and identify delays or risks.
- Present regular updates to management regarding cost, timelines, and execution status. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local authority approvals and safety norms.
- Maintain quality standards and site documentation.
- Coordinate with liaison consultants for approvals and statutory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- MBA in Finance preferred
- 5–12 years of experience in industrial/warehouse/factory projects
- Experience in PEB warehouse construction preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, BOQ, contractor billing, and project costing
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project
