Job Description– Professor / Assistant Professor Specialization: Research Methodology, Market Research Location: Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) - Pirangut Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Roles&Responsibilities: - Teach subjects related to: - Research Methodology - Market Research - Business Statistics - Data Interpretation&Analytical Techniques - Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment methods. - Mentor and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research work. - Conduct practical sessions using statistical and analytical tools wherever required. - Encourage students towards research-based learning and industry-oriented projects.- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning activities. - Support placement readiness by connecting concepts with real industry applications. - Publish or contribute towards research papers, case studies, and academic initiatives. - Coordinate with academic teams for smooth execution of classroom activities and evaluations.Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Management Institutes / Universities. - Strong knowledge of Research Methodology, Market Research, and Statistics. - Ability to simplify analytical and statistical concepts for students. - Industry experience in research, analytics, consulting, market research, or related domains will be an added advantage.- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Candidates with exposure to SPSS, Excel, R, Python, or other analytical tools will be preferred. Educational Qualification: - MBA / PGDM / PhD in relevant specialization. - NET / SET / PhD candidates preferred as per academic norms.Preferred: - Immediate joiners. - Candidates with both academic and industry exposure will be highly preferred.
