This includes supervising students, conducting impactful research, and helping lead departmental initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, extensive academic experience, and a commitment to developing innovative teaching methodologies.Responsibilities:- Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging course material and curriculum for both undergraduate and graduate students in the Cyber Security, AIML, AIDS, or CSE disciplines.- Mentorship: Supervise and mentor graduate students and teaching assistants. Provide guidance and direction for research and projects.- Curriculum Development: Assist in designing and updating curriculum and syllabus, keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in the field.- Research: Conduct high-quality research, publish papers in academic journals, and present findings at conferences. Write research proposals to secure funding for departmental projects.- Administrative Support: Assist in academic administrative responsibilities required by various accreditation bodies throughout the year. Ensure compliance with institutional standards.- Recruitment: Participate in recruiting and mentoring current lecturers, professors, and teaching assistants, as well as shortlisting and selecting students for graduate programs.- Networking & Professional Engagement: Attend academic events, collaborate with field experts, and represent the department at conferences and industry forums.- Seminars & Events: Organize guest lectures, seminars, and faculty events, enabling students to interact with professionals from the industry.- Leadership: Lead new initiatives and interdisciplinary collaborations across the institute.- Travel: Be ready to travel to other academic institutions and industry events to expand networks and gain further experience.Qualifications:- Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of experience or cadre approval from any recognized university.- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in teaching or equivalent industrial experience in an academic setting.
