Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing waste while maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires a deep understanding of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and optimize productivity. Develop and refine work standards, production layouts, and process documentation. Utilize time and motion studies to improve labor productivity and resource utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Design and implement automation solutions where applicable to streamline operations. Conduct root cause analysis for production inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Assist in capacity planning and forecasting to meet production goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
