We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Sr. SEO Executive who can contribute to improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and executing effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player with strong analytical and optimization skills.

About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, managing on-page and off-page optimization activities, conducting keyword research, and improving overall website performance to achieve business goals.

Location: Pune

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams for SEO implementation
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends
- Work on technical SEO aspects including indexing, crawling, and site speed optimization

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

Required Skills

- Expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis
- Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling multiple projects and client websites
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
- Familiarity with AI SEO trends and content optimization strategies
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
