Assistant Manager - EHS, Hasanpur

Lead, develop and manage the EHS function at Sikandrabad Plant/ Site. He/She be Custodian and responsible to ensure that site complies with all legal requirements pertaining to EHS, guide management on legal updates. Able to obtain approvals /licenses like PCB, Fire, PESO, CGWA, Factories etc. and support to coordinate visit of different authorities.He/She shall be responsible to adhere, maintain Saint-Gobain EHS standards, himself carryout, plan&coordinate the EHS audits in plant. Guide management towards the flawsobservedinthesystem, help towards identifying the solutions and monitor closure. He/Sheshallbeconductingthetestofadequacy for theexistingEHScontrolsinplant, monitor actions for closure using digital tool. He/Sheshallbeina contribute towardsdoingthe HAZOP, combustion safety, process safety gap assessment, risk assessment,EnvironmentalAspectImpactstudies, incident investigations etc. alongwithManagers and their follow up process towards mitigation of critical items.He/ShewillworktowardsthestrengtheninginoverallEHSculture, create a positive and developing climate, with respect to EHS, drive safety promotional events like safety month, environment day, road safety, SG dedicated campaigns etc. and promote employee involvement. Contributing to achieve organization Sustainability targets and goal related to CO2 emissions, water recycling, waste and Life cycle analysis etc.Monitoring of Industrial Hygiene parameters e.g., Chemical Exposure, Noise, Heat Stress, Indoor air Quality in various workplaces. Ergonomic Assessments in physical stress prone areas&adequate corrective measures. ETP / STP performance monitoring and support in trouble shooting. Organizing&conducting EHS training program for all category of employees, Mock drills, EHS meetings / review. Scheduling audits and track closure. He/Sheshouldhaveadequateknowledge&exposureofworkonISO14001&ISO 45001 Managementsystems. Lead, coordinate and execute EHS element of the projects chosen by the site, fulfill other responsibilities as required by the position
