Assembling Associate (Navi Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, pneumatic tools) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area in compliance with 5S and company policies.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Meet daily production targets and quality standards while maintaining a consistent pace.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts usage and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
- May be required to rotate between different assembly stations or tasks as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
