Job Summary
Fillip Technologies Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing technical or operational support, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls, emails, and support requests professionally Provide timely solutions to customer issues and complaints Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests Coordinate with technical and operational teams for issue resolution Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service Prepare daily reports and update support logs Assist in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent Positive communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, etc.) Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented approach Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Preferred Skills Knowledge of customer support processes Basic technical troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a team workplace
