Machine Operator (Dharwad)

Operate, set up, and maintain plastic processing machines including injection molding and vacuum forming equipment to produce quality plastic components as per specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding and vacuum forming machines
- Install molds/tools and ensure proper alignment
- Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, vacuum level)
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy
- Perform trimming, finishing, and basic post-processing of parts
- Troubleshoot process issues and minimize downtime
- Maintain production records, logs, and reports
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams Skills Required
- Knowledge of plastic materials (thermoplastics, sheets)
- Understanding of molding and forming processes
- Machine operation and basic mechanical skills
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
