ANS–SITI Sustainable Infratech Innovations is a research and innovation-driven startup initiative associated with the IIT Dharwad ecosystem, focused on sustainable infrastructure, smart construction technologies, AI/ML applications in civil engineering, and infrastructure innovation. Our goal is tobridge research, technology, and real-world infrastructure challenges through interdisciplinary collaboration and digital innovation.Internship Role We are looking for motivated and research-oriented students interested in civil engineering, sustainable infrastructure, smart construction, and infrastructure innovation. Selected interns will work on research, technical exploration, documentation, innovation studies, and infrastructure-related problem-solving activities under ongoing development initiatives.Responsibilities Assist in research related to sustainable infrastructure and smart construction Conduct literature reviews and technical analysis Explore AI/ML applications in civil and infrastructure engineering Support documentation, reports, and innovation studies Research emerging technologies and infrastructure trendsContribute ideas for infrastructure innovation and digital transformation Participate in technical discussions and collaborative tasks Preferred Background Students pursuing: Civil Engineering Infrastructure Engineering Construction Technology Environmental Engineering Related technical fieldsPreferred Skills Interest in research and innovation Basic understanding of civil/infrastructure engineering concepts Curiosity towards AI, smart construction, or digital engineering Good communication and documentation skills Self-learning mindset Internship Type Remote / Hybrid (depending on project requirements)Flexible learning-oriented internship Important Note This is currently an unpaid internship opportunity focused on research exposure, innovation experience, portfolio development, and ecosystem building within an IIT Dharwad-associated startup initiative.
