Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at the Vodafone Idea Data Centre in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems within the data centre workplace.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment Monitor and maintain UPS systems, DG sets, transformers, and power distribution systems Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical infrastructure Attend breakdowns and resolve issues within defined SLAs Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for all electrical activities Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data centre / facility management Hands-on experience with UPS, DG, HT/LT panels, and electrical systems Basic knowledge of BMS/DCIM systems is an added advantage Willingness to work in shift-based operations

Skills Required: Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork Ability to work under pressure in critical environments

Salary: As per industry standards
