We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Manager -Security & Surveillance to drive business growth within the DuraVision vertical, with a focus on Security & Surveillance and Air Traffic Control (ATC) sectors. This is a strategic growth role requiring ownership of the South India market. Role & responsibilities: 1) Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Drive business development, recent business opportunities in Security, Surveillance and ATC sectors (DuraVision vertical) across South India.
- Build relationships with system integrators, consultants, airport authorities, command centers, and government agencies. 2) Sales Strategy & Regional Planning:
- Develop and execute a structured regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives.
- Create actionable business plans to penetrate high-potential markets. 3) Client Relationship & Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings and field visits across the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions. 4) Product Expertise & Solution Selling:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of DuraVision product portfolio, including Security & surveillance monitors, Control room display systems, Air traffic control displays, etc.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based consultations. 5) Product Positioning & Application Mapping:
- Tailor product recommendations based on vertical-specific requirements under categories of Control rooms, Maritime environments, Surveillance centers, Airport ATC towers, etc.
- Communicate value propositions emphasizing durability, reliability, and precision. Preferred candidate profile:
- 4+years of experience in:
- Enterprise sales
- Technology solutions
- Display systems / control room solutions / security technology
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value deals.
