Machinery Sales - ASM - Bangalore (Bangalore Rural)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial equipment and machinery products in the OEM segment.
- Build solid relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product knowledge, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas of improvement in sales processes. Job Requirements :
- 4-20 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or related field (OEM sales).
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of capital equipments/heavy machinery/industrial machinery/plant machinery industries' dynamics.
